EE process
- Assessing the eligibility: The eligibility is based on various factors ranging from age, language proficiency, education, employment and if any job offer, etc.
- Essential documentation: One needs to submit a copy of the documents such as passport, the test result of language proficiency, education/employment document, provincial nomination (if applicable), and valid job offer document (if applicable).
- Profile Submission: Once you submit the application, based on eligibility you’ll be assign scores and ranked based on various factors in the EE pool. If you fall under the cutoff threshold of a higher score, you’ll get ITA to apply for PR.
- On receiving ITA and applying for PR: On receiving ITA, one need to apply for PR within 90 days and processing of PR applications will take further a 6 months or less.

Creating a profile in Express Entry (EE)
Before registering for BCPNP, one need to create an express entry profile with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).To eligible for express entry, one must fulfill the requirement of below immigration programs
- Federal Skilled Worker
- Federal Skilled Trade
- Canadian Experience Class
After meeting the minimum criteria in any of the above programs, an express entry profile number along with a job validation code is allocated to each candidate. Based on such details, one can initiate the process of BC PNP.
