It must be ensured that diploma or certificate must be from a public post-secondary institution in Canada not from private institutes. A short-term program such as an ESL program doesn’t qualify to apply for BCPNP.To qualify for Skill Immigration – International graduate through Diploma/Certificate Programs, your program must have 8 months duration with two semesters with full-time course work. You are eligible only if you met 8 months of course work along with Co-op work terms, practicum’s, and internship with a valid letter from the institution about meeting program requirements.

• Full-time job offer with essential qualification of university or college from Canada: One must have a valid full-time job offer requiring an essential degree/diploma/certificate from a Canada public post-secondary institution. The job offers eligibility onus falls under the employer as per the requisite standards of the National Occupation Classification (NOC). The position of job must fall under either of classification such as skill type 0 or skill level A or B.

To demonstrate that your job is meeting requirements as per laid down standards of BCPNP, you need to provide written details of the job on the company’s letterhead. Required details are as follows:

1. Offer of employment: This must include your job title, duties, pay rate, standard working hours, full-time with at least average 30 hours a week in a year, benefits, or any allowances

1. Must be employer and employee relationship, independent contractors are not eligible under this skill immigration of BCPNP.

3) Meeting minimum income requirement: BCPNP assess the minimum income requirement as per your (a) Annual wage (b) Residence Location in BC (c) Number of dependent, if any. The BCPNP has established a minimum family income threshold; your family must fall under this threshold to qualify.

4) Language Proficiency: Valid language test result is required during application assessment; test validity is for two years from date of issuance

Eligibility Requirement

International Graduate (IG) BCPNP can be applied via both express entry BC category and Skills Immigration category, for both the process one needs to qualify minimum requirements. The BC PNP conduct draws, a candidate who falls under benchmark score get ITA.
